Program

Rewind NYC reservations is a text-message program run by LIC KTV d/b/a Rewind NYC, 45-57 Davis St, Long Island City, NY 11101.

We send transactional messages only:

• reservation links, to book, change or cancel a reservation;
• card-hold and payment links for a reservation;
• updates about your reservation;
• ordering links you ask for.

We do not send marketing messages.

How You Opt In

You agree verbally on a phone call, when our AI phone assistant or a staff member asks if they can text you a link and you say yes. We text only the mobile number you confirm on that call. Agreeing to texts is never required to make a reservation or a purchase; we can email the link instead.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 3 messages per reservation.

Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt Out and Help

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one message confirming it, and no further texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or email info@rewindnyc.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
