Who We Are

This policy applies to Rewind NYC, a karaoke and lounge at 45-57 Davis St, Long Island City, NY 11101, operated by LIC KTV d/b/a Rewind NYC. “Rewind”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

Information We Collect

We collect only what you give us or what is needed to serve you:

• Reservations: your name, phone number, email, date, time, party size and notes, through our reservation system (SevenRooms). A card hold, when required, is handled by the reservation system’s payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Private-event inquiries: the details you enter in our event form.
• WiFi sign-in: the name, email or phone number you enter to use our guest WiFi (Adentro), and basic device information.
• Digital menu sign-ups: the contact details you choose to share when you sign up through our digital menu.
• Email list: your email address, if you subscribe (Mailchimp).
• Phone calls: calls to our phone line may be answered by an automated (AI) phone assistant, and may be recorded and transcribed so we can handle your request.
• Text messages: your mobile number and the messages we send you.
• Website: standard usage data, such as pages visited, collected with analytics cookies.

How We Use It

• to book, change and manage your reservation or event;
• to send you the links you ask for, such as a reservation, card-hold or ordering link;
• to answer your calls, messages and questions;
• to send our newsletter, only if you subscribed;
• to keep required business records and improve our service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run Rewind: our reservation system, payment provider, WiFi provider, email service, phone and text-messaging providers, and website analytics. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Text Messages (SMS)

We text you only after you agree on a call, and only about your reservation or request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@rewindnyc.com. You can unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
