Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to all parties of 5 or more.
Damaged Items: Any damaged items will be charged to the guest(s) at cost of repair or replacement, as determined by management.
LOUNGE
Charges are based solely on items ordered.
KARAOKE ROOMS
A Minimum Spend is required for all karaoke room reservations.
Hourly Minimum Spend applies to all bookings, except those starting after 10:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
For bookings after 10:00 PM on those nights (regardless of duration), a Flat Minimum Spend applies.
If your reservation begins before 10:00 PM and continues past, both the Hourly Minimum Spend (pre-10:00 PM) and the Flat Minimum Spend (post-10:00 PM) will apply.
