On Monday, November 2, Rewind hands the bar to Ayaka Kumazawa and Chris Timmons, two hospitality professionals with different journeys, united by a passion for bringing people together through memorable drinks. Ayaka, formerly of NR in New York, is known for her thoughtful storytelling. She turns ingredients, cultural influences and personal experiences into cocktails with a story in every sip. Chris, NY Metro Market Manager for Rockey’s Botanical Liqueur, was raised by bartender parents and champions creativity, independent spirits and genuine connection. Alongside iichiko Shochu, Rockey’s Botanical Liqueur and Vodka Truman, they’ll explore fine tea through original cocktails.
